Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds for workshops, projects and retainers.

Workshops and sessions

  • Cancelled 48 hours or more before: full refund.
  • Cancelled within 48 hours: 50% refund.
  • One free reschedule.

Fixed-price projects

If you cancel before handover, we refund the deposit minus work already done. After handover, a 30-day warranty covers defects against the agreed acceptance criteria.

Retainers

Cancel anytime, effective from the next cycle. The current month is not refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@kairostudio.nz. Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.
